The purpose of this blog is to collect resources to conquer the different fears and phobias that keep us from the leadership role we want to occupy in our spaces. Everyone has their own collection of baggage. Is it fear of public speaking, fear of failure or success? I can’t really say I have really understood the concept of having a “fear” of success. But, a fear of failure, sounds like a perfectly reasonable fear.
Perhaps through this site, we’ll find and share just the right article. Maybe, a video will spark our imagination in such a way that we’ll feel compelled to finally make that life-change we’re all hoping to make. Let me know, what change you’re hoping to make.
